I grabbed them off the back of a chair at six in the morning because they were the first thing my hand found, and that’s how the Geedup Team Logo Trackpants Marle Grey became the pair I reach for without thinking. Marle grey. That speckled look instead of one flat color. The team logo is on there if you go looking. Honestly, nobody is going to read it from across a room, and I kind of like that.
What they feel like on
They feel like the pants you stop thinking about ten minutes after you put them on.
First real test was the car. With the heat on full for a forty minute drive, every time I shifted in the seat I noticed the fabric against my thigh, kind of the way you notice a blanket you didn’t know you wanted, and then somewhere around the highway exit I just stopped noticing. And that’s pretty much the whole review. I’m not going to tell you a Geedup pair changed my life. Actually, no, that’s a lie, because they changed my Sundays, which used to mean three outfit changes and now mean one. But honestly, I didn’t plan any of that, it just kind of happened over a few weeks.
The marle part matters more than I expected. A flat grey shows everything, and the speckles hide a bunch of crumbs. I found that out on the couch, halfway through a bag of chips, and nobody could tell.
Where they end up
Mostly the mailbox at night, hoodie on top, back inside in two minutes flat. Sometimes a friend’s place where everyone is already on the couch. Wear the Geedup Team Logo Trackpants Marle Grey there, too, no lie. Honestly that’s about it.
If you already know the brand, you don’t need me to explain the attitude. Everyone else probably heard Geed up from a group chat or a cousin who won’t shut up about it, and for them this is a decent first pair to try. I wore mine with a plain tee, then with a hoodie that was way too big (bad idea), and the grey went with both anyway. And like, everything else in my closet looked fine next to it, I guess. I keep seeing Geedup Hoodies in the comments, so that’s apparently a thing. Fine by me.
