I pulled it on over a t-shirt at 6 a.m. just to grab the mail, and then I never took it off. That’s pretty much the story of the GEEDUP HANDSTYLE BLACK HOODI EPEACH so far. Black. Not much to say about the color, I guess, because it goes with whatever is already in my drawer, even the gray sweats with the hole in the knee. Honestly I didn’t plan on wearing it twice in one week. Wait, that’s wrong, it was three times.
It feels like something you’ve owned for years, even on the first morning.
The gas station test
Hood up and sleeves shoved past my wrists, pumping gas at 7 in the morning with the wind coming straight across the lot. Nobody looked at me twice, which is the whole point of a black hoodie, and the hood stayed on my head even when I turned around to grab the receipt, and I didn’t touch it once, no lie, not once, not one single time. And that was a Tuesday.
A few friends say Geedup Hoodies out loud like it’s a joke and I’ve stopped correcting them. Kind of funny, since I still say it wrong half the time. Last month I typed Geed up into the search bar, two words, and got nothing useful, so I’m saving you that one.
Car seat next. But the sleeves on the GEEDUP HANDSTYLE BLACK HOODI EPEACH bunch up a little against the wheel when I reach across for the cup holder, which is the only thing I’ve noticed in a handful of wears, and it barely counts.
Where it ended up
Mostly the porch now, and the walk to the mailbox when it’s cold. So I keep reaching past everything else on the hook, and I’m not even sure why, maybe it’s, like, just the black and I’m lazy.
Weekends are when it gets the most use. I wear it through the morning and by the time I run to the store with the hood half up (hood up looks better, fight me), I’ve stopped noticing it at all.
Before this one I’d never looked closely at Geedup, so take that for what it’s worth. Gray is usually my pick. The black was a surprise.
Check the sizes first, I never do, and I always regret it. Anyway, the GEEDUP HANDSTYLE BLACK HOODI EPEACH is right there if you want a look.
