First look
GEEDUP OS SCRIPT BLACK CREWNECK PINK showed up on a wet Wednesday and I put it on before I cut the tape off the box. Honestly, I was mostly curious about the pink script against the black. It reads loud without doing the most. And the neckline sat where I wanted it, which is a small thing until it isn’t. Wait, that’s not right. It sat a little high at first, which bugged me for about ten minutes. Then it settled. (Wide open necks, for me, sit too low.) I wore it to the gas station for a coffee lid and a scratch ticket, and the sleeve end brushed my wrist when I reached for the pump. That little drag felt familiar, no lie.
The fit part
I grabbed it for the school run at 7:12 and the pink letters caught the windshield glare at a red light.
How it wears
This is my second Geedup piece and the black is black black, not that faded charcoal thing. Cold mornings. A plain black crewneck with pink letters, that’s the whole deal. But I threw it on over a white tee, ran out to the car, spilled half a coffee on my jeans, and still didn’t take it off until lunch because the black hid what the jeans didn’t. My buddy called it Geedup Hoodies energy and I laughed because sure. So it stays by the door now. I guess the Geed up look is there if you want it with cargos or whatever. Wear it with jeans and boots and you’re done. Still easy. After dinner I walked to the mailbox in it and the black fabric got that cool night-air feel while the pink script stayed readable under the porch light. It’s like my default layer for a quick errand, and I’ve worn it a bunch of times already.
The extra bit
The GEEDUP OS SCRIPT BLACK CREWNECK PINK is the one I grab when I don’t want to think. It’s plain enough for a grocery run and the pink does the talking. The black stays black after a couple of wears, and the pink hasn’t faded into some pale blush. Anyway, I’ve washed it once and the neck still sits right, which is more than I expected from a random add to cart. No extra fuss.
