Pulled it out of the bag and the pink hit before the black did. GEEDUP TEAM LOGO PINK HOODIE BLACK DUSTY is one of those colorways that changes depending on the light, and I mean that as a compliment (the dusty part is doing a lot of work here). Wore it three days straight, no lie.

What you see first

Black dusty isn’t flat black. It’s got a washed-out thing going on, like, already faded in the right places without looking beat. The pink pops harder because of it. Honest, I figured the pink would be too much. It isn’t. In person it’s softer than it looks on a screen, which is pretty much true of everything you order online, but still. First wear was a Tuesday, 7am, gas station run before work. Hood up, hands in the front pocket. And that pink was pretty much the only bright thing in that whole lot.

Wearing it around

Mine hangs roomy on me without going full tent. Sleeves stack a little at the wrist and the hood holds its shape when you flip it up, which sounds like a small thing until you own a hoodie that doesn’t. And the inside is soft enough that I quit noticing it, and that’s the goal. But here’s the deal with a hoodie like this, you end up wearing it to places you never planned on, and by places I mean the mailbox at 9pm, or the passenger seat of a friend’s car on a cold night with your hands shoved in that pocket, and it holds up through all of it without looking like you slept in it, actually no, it does look a little like you slept in it, that’s kind of the point. Geedup people will clock the logo from across the room. Everyone else just sees a good hoodie.

Same energy, different color. If you already own a pile of Geedup Hoodies you know the deal. I grabbed my usual size in the GEEDUP TEAM LOGO PINK HOODIE BLACK DUSTY and it sat right. Cold wash, no dryer, that’s pretty much the whole routine.
