The first time I pulled on the Geedup x Arrdee Sublimated Multi Pants I stood in the hallway for a minute just looking down at them. (Honestly, the print does most of the talking.) Pretty loud, no lie. I figured I’d feel weird, and I did for about ten minutes, then I forgot they were even on. A bunch of people asked where I got them before I’d made it to the car.
What I noticed first
Nobody warns you how often you’ll glance down at your own legs.
Driving out to the gas station that evening I caught the print in the window glare, kind of busy against the gray seat, kind of great too, and I couldn’t tell you why I liked it, only that I kept looking, and by the time the pump clicked off I’d already decided I did. And I don’t even like loud stuff usually. Weird. Actually, no, I do like loud stuff, I just never wear it. Anyway, that changed.
Wearing them around
Walk to the mailbox in them and you’ll see what I mean, because the neighbor across the street stopped mowing and just stood there with one hand on the handle. A whole street’s worth of staring. I guess I expected a fuss. If you already know Geedup, none of it will surprise you at all.
They feel like pants you stop thinking about after the first hour. So I wore them to my cousin’s thing and then to get tacos, and pretty much every time I passed a mirror I did a double take, which I’m not proud of, but there it is. My brother showed up Geed up head to toe and now I’ve got competition. And that’s fine.
Somebody at the store called them Geedup Hoodies and I didn’t argue. I couldn’t tell you the fabric details if you paid me, so check the product details for that. Sizing on the Geedup x Arrdee Sublimated Multi Pants, same deal.
I keep everything else boring, a plain tee and plain shoes, because anything more and the outfit starts arguing with itself. It’s like, you either want that much print or you don’t. Black or gray tops work, I tried a white one once and it was a little much. That’s about all the styling I’ve got.
Go poke around the Geedup x Arrdee Sublimated Multi Pants page and see what you think.
