Pulled mine out of the dryer this morning and the red khaki came out looking like it had been washed a hundred times already, which honestly is the whole point of a color like that. The GEEDUP TEAM LOGO HOODIE RED KHAKI fits like a regular hoodie should. Not too boxy. No slim fit stuff. I wore it to the gas station at 7am and didn’t feel like I was in pajamas, which is more than I can say for most hoodies I own.
The fit is the thing
Sleeves hit right at the wrist with no stacking. The hood sits up without falling in your eyes, which sounds like a small thing until you’ve had a hoodie where the hood is basically decorative and you’re yanking it up every five minutes. And the pocket is deep enough for a phone and keys without them sliding out when you sit down in the car, which is the test I use now (kind of a weird test, I know, but it works).
What it goes with
Obviously jeans. Sweatpants on a lazy Sunday. Wore it under a jacket last week and it didn’t bunch up at the elbows. The GEEDUP TEAM LOGO HOODIE RED KHAKI goes with more than you’d think because the red khaki is not bright red and it’s not brown, it’s somewhere in between. A few people have asked where I got it. Geedup makes stuff that looks like it costs more than it does, I guess.
The Geed up logo on the chest is small enough that it doesn’t scream at you. But some brands put their name across the whole front like a billboard. Actually no wait. It’s not low-key exactly, it’s just not loud.
The fabric is soft on the inside. Like, actually soft, not that scratchy fleece that feels fine in the store and then drives you nuts by noon. Wore this thing on a five hour drive and didn’t think about it once.
That’s a good sign.
How it holds up
Sizing runs normal. I’m usually a medium and the medium fits with room for a t-shirt underneath. Want it tighter, size down. Pretty much standard advice, I know.
I’ve had this GEEDUP TEAM LOGO HOODIE RED KHAKI for about a month now and it’s in the regular rotation. So it’s not the wear it every day rotation, but the it’s clean and I’m grabbing it rotation. The Geedup Hoodies crowd will know what I mean. Take a look if you want something that does the job.
