Why I grabbed these
I pulled these on a Saturday morning when the gym was still empty and the floor squeaked under every step. The GEEDUP Team Logo B-Ball Black Short is the kind of thing you grab without thinking. Black, plain, with a team logo that does the talking. (Honestly, I think a short like this looks better a little worn in.) That’s about all I needed to know.
How they feel day to day
Slip them on after work and they just sit there, no fuss. Nothing to adjust. I wore mine to a pickup game at about six in the evening, when the sun was low and the parking lot still held the heat from the day, and by the second game I’d stopped noticing them at all, which is about the best thing I can say about any pair of shorts. And on the walk home, with the court lights buzzing behind me, they felt like regular shorts again. So that’s a win.
Who they’re for
If you’ve been hunting for GEEDUP shorts, you probably know the look already. Loud logos aren’t for everybody, and that’s fine. But a black short with a team mark is easy to throw on with a plain tee, a worn hoodie, or whatever’s clean on the chair. People toss around a few names for this stuff, GEED UP andGEEDUP HOODIES among them, so if that’s how you found this page, you’re in the right spot.
Small things I noticed
They come out of the dryer warm and you’ll want to wear them right then. That’s a small thing. But it’s the sort of small thing that decides whether a short ends up in your regular pile or the back of the drawer, and I’ve had plenty of both. The GEEDUP Team Logo B-Ball Black Short landed in the regular pile for me. Black hides a lot too, like the scuffs and the smudges you pick up leaning on a fence while somebody else takes their shot.
Worth a look
I don’t think there’s a wrong way to wear these. Throw them on for a run to the store, a shootaround with your cousin, or a lazy afternoon where the biggest decision is what to eat. And if you want to see how the GEEDUP Team Logo B-Ball Black Short looks on a real person instead of a hanger, take a look at the page and trust your gut. I usually do. Worst case, you learn what you like.
